This policy describes what the Naray AI website collects and how it is used. It covers the pages at naray.ai and narayai.com only. Our products (GrabDeals.ai, Conflux AI for Atlassian, and our bookkeeping app for small businesses) each have their own privacy policy, published inside the product, which governs the data you give that product.
Who we are
The website is operated by NarayAI Technologies LLC, doing business as Naray AI, a Georgia limited liability company based in Cumming, Georgia, United States. Contact: contactus@narayai.com.
What this website collects
The website has no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no analytics scripts of our own. We do not set cookies for advertising or tracking. What is collected:
- Server and security logs. The site is served through Cloudflare, which records the technical details of each request (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to deliver the pages and to block abuse. Cloudflare's bot protection may set a short-lived technical cookie for that purpose. Cloudflare's own handling of this data is described in its privacy policy.
- Fonts. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files. Google describes this in its Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
- Email you send us. If you write to contactus@narayai.com, we keep your message and address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
How we use it
To serve the website, keep it secure, and answer your messages. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, who process it only to provide their service to us, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Cloudflare log retention follows Cloudflare's terms. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to answer you or to keep a record of a business relationship, and deleted on request where no legal reason requires keeping it.
Your choices
You can email us to ask what information we hold about you from this website, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will answer within 30 days. Residents of US states with privacy laws have the rights their state law provides; we honour them on request regardless of where you live.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date at the top. Material changes to how our products handle data are announced inside each product.
